Thank you to all who have shared how The Praise Band of Fellowship Church has been a blessing. We have incredible folks that give time and more time with their family's support to allow us to worship God with you. We are gonna be working on different kind of worship for April 29. Please be in prayer for us as God assembles a creative, different and meaningful presentation of His son Jesus. Invite your friends to this weeks service Sunday April 29 at 10:45 AM, you will not want to miss.

All or Nothing
Sounds final doesn't it. We want to entertain each other to many times saying we are giving it our all, that is bull. "Oh but you don't know".....is said when challenged to increase time in God's word and world. I know 'cause I have said the same. God has been dealing with me to spend more time in His word and his world. Being in the office appears to be a safe place but many times I get caught up in time-consuming menial tasks. Yesterday we spent time out ministering and I still got off track thinking about the task I might be doing back church. I have had several folks cross my path this past week that need some adjustment like me to get rid of the time eaters and get in tune to quality time with God. Oswald Chambers has a great say on the matter today.
Have you ever had a crisis in your life in which you deliberately, earnestly, and recklessly abandoned everything? It is a crisis of the will. You may come to that point many times externally, but it will amount to nothing. The true deep crisis of abandonment, or total surrender, is reached internally, not externally. The giving up of only external things may actually be an indication of your being in total bondage.Have you deliberately committed your will to Jesus Christ? It is a transaction of the will, not of emotion; any positive emotion that results is simply a superficial blessing arising out of the transaction. If you focus your attention on the emotion, you will never make the transaction. Do not ask God what the transaction is to be, but make the determination to surrender your will regarding whatever you see, whether it is in the shallow or the deep, profound places internally.
If you have heard Jesus Christ’s voice on the waves of the sea, you can let your convictions and your consistency take care of themselves by concentrating on maintaining your intimate relationship to Him.

OFF THE HOOK!
I would have never imagined that Aaron's rebirth could exceed his natural birth, but it did! What a privilege it was to baptize our son. I had been anticipating Easter Sunday for some weeks. The praise band had been grooving and I knew the sermon series was gonna be great. The contacts and spreading the word at Ingles and surrounding restaurants had been well received. The filming of the testimonies continued to fill my enthusiasm to a new high. Saturday night after "Dress Rehearsal" Missy shared that Aaron was ready. She had talked with Andrea and Aaron again, Now my turn. He was ready. Sunday morning here we come. Oh it gets better. I shared with Craig about Aaron and he was excited and said, "You're gonna baptize Him", this is where I lost it. Now I was taken up even higher. As the the morning progressed from the 9AM workers service to 10:45, God continued to show His great love through the music, greeters, members and visitors. Then Mom and Dad got to come and see their grandson's baptism.
How cool is that?!
Thank You Fellowship Church.
